- the tournament is open to players born after 01.01.2014 (after 01.01.2013 for girls)
- Select teams are NOT allowed to participate in the tournament - for foreign teams, participation is subject to the permission of their federation, who will indicate to us if they are club teams
- each team is allowed one guest player (who may come from another club), which will be very strictly controlled during the tournament
- in the U10 AAA tournament, 25 teams from 5 countries will compete and will be drawn into 5 groups (so there will be 5 teams in each group)
- the top two teams from each group will advance and play for 1st to 10th place
- the 3rd and 4th placed teams in each group will play for places 11-20
- the 5th placed teams in each group will play for 21st-25th place
- each team will play 12 matches, each match lasting 1x30 minutes
- one minute substitutions will be on the horn
- 3-3 field players will play against each other
- minimum number of players in the tournament 7+1
- maximum number of players in a match 12+2
- no need to change the lines in 1-2-3 sequence; everyone can change as they like
- one very important rule: a player cannot play in two consecutive shifts
- the goalkeeper can be taken off during a match
- no side substitution after the first half
- 1-minute break between two halves
- each foul is followed by a penalty shot
- all teams must remain for the announcement of the result
- after each game, the coach will award the best player of the game, the award will not be presented on the ice, but each coach will award his/her player in the dressing room
- all players and coaches will receive a medal at the end of the tournament
- there will be a separate award from each team for: the best player of the team, MVP award, Goal scorer,Best Goalkeeper, Best Defenceman, Best Forward
