That is why Filip Kosecky joined the coaching staff of Europe Summer Camp. The outstanding Slovak professional will be the strength and conditioning coach in the Namestovo camp.

He started his ice hockey career in Topolcany, where he was a starter defenceman in the senior team by the age of 16. He was a Slovak nationalteam player in the age group U18-U19-U20 - moreover he spent 1.5 years in the Slovak U20 program, and played with the Slovak U20 team in the Extraliga. When he was 21 years old he signed to the Czecz Republic where he spent three years in the first and second league. During this time his shoulders had to be operated three times and his knees had to be operated one time - he literally spent more time with rehabilitation than training.

After the first operation he started to work with kids as a hockey and strength and conditioning coach. From 2010 he works as a strength and conditioning coach in an ice hockey center. In the past six years he had 1000 clients from 15 countries from amateurs to pros in seven different sports.

He has 15 different coaching diplomas, he knows how to apply kinesio tape treatment, how to train with TRX, how to strengthen stabilization and coordination and of course the overall ice hockey strength and conditioning training as well.

We think that nobody will lack power by the end of the camp...
