The 2012 age group features four select teams from the Czech Republic - just like last year, they are the biggest favourites to win the tournament. They will be joined by two Slovak teams and two Polish teams - and the participant list will be completed by Swedish, Lithuanian and Slovenian teams, along with the host Hungary Talent, of course.

In total, 12 teams from seven countries will travel to Budapest from 4-7 May 2023.

The teams are divided into three groups, with four teams from each group playing against each other. The first two teams in each group will play for places 1-6, while the second two teams will play for places 7-12.

Accordingly, each team will play seven 2x20 minute matches - where each half will count as a separate result. The game time will be the same as last year, with the first 10 minutes being a running clock and the second 10 minutes pure game.
